What 4x4 Recovery Gear do I need?

So what does good 4wd recovery gear really consist of? The list is extensive. Everything from snatch straps and snatch blocks, to air compressors for your tyres, tree trunk protectors, recovery tracks, winch rope extensions and winch dampeners, and much more. We have you covered for it all.

If you're just starting out and are not sure where to begin, you should consider a 4x4 Recovery Kit. These kits usually consist of a bundle of various different pieces of recovery gear that comes in a convenient carry bag. They often come in different sizes, where a small recovery kit will include 3-5 pieces of equipment, right up to the larger packs that can consist of 10 - 15 pieces. These off-road recovery kits will usually include the essentials you'll require if you find your vehicle stuck.
