When heading out on long journeys, particularly through Australia’s remote or regional areas, having a backup water supply is crucial. Finding yourself hundreds of kilometers from the nearest town and out of water is not just the stuff of nightmares—it’s a real risk if you’re not well-prepared. That’s why we'd like to introduce you to our range of 4x4 water tanks.

These water tanks come in many shapes and sizes to suit your particular setup requirements. They include water tanks for the big trucks and campers, right through to standard and smaller ute tanks. They start at your typical 10-20L Jerry Can solution, right through to the larger 120 litre vertical or horizontal tanks, as well as under tray tanks and even footwell tanks. These tanks are all BPA free and make ideal drinking water storage to be used while on the road or camping in area that don't have drinkable water. 

Installing an Additional 4x4 Water Tank

There's heaps of options when it comes to installing a water tank in or on your vehicle, ute or 4WD, and will depend on your individual requirements as to what works best for you. A simple hose and gravity feed style system will do the job for many, while others prefer the use of a 12v water pump that can both fill and drain the tank. Mounting the tank, if required, is usually done via straps or brackets. The tank usually require a custom installation as space and mounting options vary from one vehicle to the next.
