Got a big rig, full-size 4WD, or loaded-up touring setup? The ZEON XP 12-S packs 12,000lb of pulling power, making it the ideal recovery companion for larger SUVs, utes, and ¾ to 1-ton trucks. It’s equipped with 24 metres of 3/8” Spydura synthetic rope – lightweight, strong, and ready for action.

Please Note: You’ll need a suitable winch-compatible bar or mounting plate for correct installation.

The Zeon XP 12-S is built for full-size 4WDs, large SUVs, and 3/4 to 1-ton trucks that carry heavy loads or accessories and need serious recovery capability. With 12,000lb (5,443kg) of rated line pull, it handles most real-world recovery scenarios on Australian tracks with plenty of margin.

What is the difference between the Zeon XP 12-S and the Zeon XD 12-S?

The core difference is the clutch system. The XP 12-S includes remote clutch engagement via the controller or WARN HUB app, so you can engage or disengage free spool without touching the winch. The XD 12-S uses a manual clutch lever only. Both share the same motor, geartrain, and IP68/IP69K sealing.

Does the Zeon XP 12-S come with a wireless remote?

Yes. The control pack has a built-in WARN HUB Bluetooth receiver that pairs with the WARN HUB smartphone app, giving you wireless control and real-time monitoring of load, temperature, and battery voltage from over 30 metres away. A corded remote with LED feedback is also included.

What sealing does the Zeon XP 12-S have?

The winch is rated IP68 for water submersion and IP69K for high-pressure spray, providing protection during creek crossings and pressure washing. OEM-grade O-ring gaskets are used throughout the unit.

What rope and fairlead are included?

Does this winch need a special mounting setup?

A compatible winch-rated bull bar or mounting plate is required. The XP 12-S does not include a mount. Confirm your bar is rated for a 12,000lb winch before purchasing.
