Introducing the upgraded Universal Maxx+ 11.5" Head Unit by Polaris
If your factory head unit is looking a little dated, the Polaris Universal Maxx+ gives you a substantial upgrade with a large 11.5-inch floating touchscreen, 6GB of RAM and 128GB of storage. Apple CarPlay and Android Auto are built directly into the hardware, so you don't need a separate third-party app to use them.
The Maxx+ uses a universal double-DIN base with an adjustable floating screen, making it suitable for vehicles with a double-DIN dash opening or a compatible double-DIN fascia kit. It comes with a standard ISO wiring harness, but the correct vehicle-specific harness may need to be purchased separately. Depending on the vehicle and installation, it can also be hardwired.
There's plenty going on behind the screen, too. The unit supports four AHD camera inputs, two CVBS camera inputs, 4G SIM connectivity, Bluetooth, dual-band WiFi and GPS. The updated MOSFET amplifier provides up to 4 × 50W into 4Ω, while over-the-air software updates make it easier to keep the system current.

Compatible Vehicles
The Polaris Universal Maxx+ uses a double-DIN base with an adjustable floating 11.5-inch screen.
It is designed for vehicles with a double-DIN dash opening and can also suit compatible fascia kits designed for double-DIN applications.
The supplied wiring harness is a standard universal ISO harness rather than a vehicle-specific harness. You may therefore need an additional harness to connect the unit to your vehicle's existing wiring. Hardwiring is also possible where appropriate.
Because dash openings, factory wiring and steering wheel controls vary between vehicles, vehicle-specific fitment should be confirmed before ordering.
