If you're heading off the beaten track, the Warn ZEON XD 14-S is the heavy-duty recovery mate you want on the front of your rig. Boasting a massive 14,000lb pulling capacity, it's the toughest winch in its class – ready to tackle whatever the Aussie outback throws your way.

Fitted with 24 metres of 3/8" Spydura synthetic rope, it's tough, lightweight, and easy to handle. Plus, with the WARN HUB receiver, you can operate it wirelessly from over 30 metres away using your smartphone and the WARN HUB app.

Please Note: This requires a compatible bullbar or winch mounting plate for proper installation.

What is the key difference between the Zeon XD 14-S and the Zeon XP 14-S?

The main distinction is the clutch system. The XD 14-S has a manual clutch lever only, meaning you need to physically engage or disengage free spool at the winch body. The XP 14-S adds remote clutch engagement via the controller or WARN HUB app. Both share the same motor, sealing, and Spydura Pro rope, but the XP sits at the top of the range with more convenience features.

What vehicles is the ZEON XD 14-S suited to?

The 14,000lb (6,350kg) rated pull makes the XD 14-S well matched to heavily loaded touring rigs, full-size truck-based 4WDs, and large SUVs running significant accessories. As a guide, your winch capacity should be at least 1.5 times your vehicle's GVM.

How does the WARN HUB wireless system work on this model?

The control pack includes a WARN HUB wireless receiver. Pair it with the WARN HUB app on your phone for wireless winch control and real-time monitoring of load, heat, and battery voltage from over 30 metres away. A corded 3.7m waterproof remote is also included.

What does IP69K sealing mean in practice?

IP68 covers water submersion. IP69K certifies protection against high-pressure, high-temperature spray, such as from a pressure washer. This makes the XD 14-S sealed against the conditions most commonly encountered in serious off-road use, including post-trip washdowns.

What is included in the box?

The ZEON XD 14-S comes with 24 metres of 3/8" Spydura Pro synthetic rope pre-spooled, a black anodised forged aluminium hawse fairlead, a corded remote, and the WARN HUB wireless receiver. A compatible bull bar or winch mounting plate is required separately.

What gear ratio does the XD 14-S use and how does it affect line speed?

The XD 14-S runs a 213:1 gear ratio through a 3-stage planetary geartrain. At no load, line speed is 26.1 ft/min (7.95m/min). At rated load, speed drops to 2.1 ft/min (0.64m/min). The higher gear ratio compared to the 10-S (141:1) provides more mechanical advantage at the cost of some line speed.

Does the XD 14-S require a specific mounting plate?

Yes. A compatible bull bar or winch mounting plate is required and is not included. Confirm your bar is rated for a 14,000lb winch before ordering.

What warranty does the ZEON XD 14-S carry?
