BAK Revolver X4TS Hard Rolling Truck Bed Tonneau Cover for RAM 1500/2500/3500

The Revolver X4TS (SKU 80213RK) is designed to suit 2009 to 2025 RAM 1500, 2500, and 3500 models with a 6'4" bed without RAMBox. Note that it excludes the RAM 1500 DT Big Horn with a 6'4" bed. If you have a RAM 1500 DT Crew Cab with a 5'7" bed, or a model fitted with RAMBox, a different part number will be required.

The kit includes the tonneau cover, integrated T-slot rails, mounting clamps, a full hardware kit, and an installation guide. The T-slot rail system is built into the cover assembly, so no additional rail purchase is needed.

The X4TS uses BAK's patented auto-latching mechanism. As you close the cover, it locks automatically along the full bed length via a rotational locking rail system. A single-hand release from either side of the truck allows quick access without requiring a key for everyday use.

The integrated T-slot rails are designed to accept compatible rack systems, crossbars, and cargo accessories that use a standard T-slot mounting profile. The maximum load will depend on the accessory system you choose, so we recommend checking the specifications of any rack or carrier against the manufacturer's guidelines before loading. Accessories are sold separately.

In most cases the X4TS is compatible with drop-in and spray-on bed liners, as it clamps to the top of the bed rails. Spray-on liners applied up to or below the rail surface generally do not affect fitment. If your drop-in liner has a raised outer lip that significantly alters the rail profile, it is worth confirming compatibility with us before ordering to ensure a clean fit.

The X4TS is designed to significantly reduce water entry using full-perimeter seals, a heavy-duty bulkhead seal, flat side seals, and redesigned rear corner caps. Like most tonneau covers, it is intended to reduce water intrusion under normal conditions rather than create a fully waterproof seal. Sensitive gear or electronics should still be protected in waterproof bags or containers.

The roll-forward design generally allows the cover to remain fitted when using many fifth-wheel setups, as the cover rolls toward the cab rather than folding upward. Compatibility depends on your specific hitch, rail configuration, and how far forward the hitch components sit in the bed. We recommend confirming fitment with your hitch supplier before purchase, particularly if the hitch mounting is already installed.

The key differences are the opening style and accessory compatibility. The Revolver X4TS rolls up toward the cab for near full bed access from the rear and includes integrated T-slot rails for mounting racks and cargo systems above the tub. The BAKFlip MX4 folds in sections and can be driven in a partially-open position for taller cargo, but does not support over-bed rack systems in the same way. For touring setups that need both bed security and rack-mounting flexibility, the X4TS is generally the more versatile option.
