What makes the Zeon XP 14-S different from the Zeon XD 14-S?

The Zeon XP 14-S adds remote clutch engagement, which the XD 14-S does not have. On the XP, you can engage or disengage free spool from the remote or app without leaving the driver's seat. Both share the same motor, geartrain, Spydura Pro rope, and IP68/IP69K sealing, but the XP is Warn's top-of-the-range offering with a higher feature set.

What does remote clutch control actually do?

The clutch disengages the drum from the drive mechanism, allowing the rope to be pulled out by hand (free spool). On the XD 14-S, you must use the manual lever at the winch body. On the XP 14-S, you can activate free spool and re-engage the winch remotely via the controller or WARN HUB app, which is particularly useful when your vehicle is bogged and accessing the front is difficult.

How does the WARN HUB wireless system work?

The control pack includes a built-in WARN HUB Bluetooth receiver. Pair it with the WARN HUB app on your smartphone to control winch operation and monitor load, temperature, and battery voltage in real time from over 30 metres away. A corded remote with LED feedback is also included.

What does IP69K rating add over IP68?

IP68 covers protection against continuous water submersion. IP69K adds protection against high-pressure, high-temperature spray, which is relevant when pressure washing your vehicle with the winch fitted. Most winches only carry IP68, so the XP's IP69K rating is a meaningful step up.

Does the Zeon XP 14-S need a special bull bar?

Yes. This winch requires a compatible winch bumper or mounting plate, which is not included. We recommend confirming with your bull bar manufacturer that their product is rated to accept a 14,000lb (6,350kg) winch before purchasing.
