If you tow, tour, or spend time covering long distances in a diesel Ram, extra fuel capacity can make a big difference. This Titan 197L long range replacement tank is built for 2025 Ram 2500 and 3500 owners who want more usable range without giving up a clean, vehicle-specific fit.
Part of Titan’s Gen 7 XXL range, this tank is made from high-density cross-linked polyethylene (XLHDPE), a material chosen for its strength, impact resistance, and long service life. It’s designed as a direct-fit, bolt-in replacement for the factory mid-ship tank, with no cutting or fabrication required based on the supplied manufacturer information.
Titan has also added several practical upgrades to this generation. These include a fast fill vent kit for easier refuelling at high-flow truck stop pumps, a universal pickup tube suited to high-pressure fuel systems, and a transfer pump kit that allows fuel transfer to other vehicles directly from the tank. The tank also includes black-coated galvanised steel mounting straps, and Titan states the low fuel trap design allows the full stated capacity to be usable.
Another advantage is that Titan says the tank hangs only around 50 mm lower than the factory tank. That helps keep underbody clearance close to standard while still delivering a worthwhile increase in range. For towing, remote travel, or simply reducing fuel stops on long runs, it’s a practical upgrade that adds genuine convenience.

- For 2500 and 3500 models with the Cummins diesel engine.
- For 4x4 trucks ONLY. It will not fit 2 wheel drive
- The TITAN tank is 21 gallons larger at 52 gallons. The stock tank is only 31 gallons.
- Will not interfere with powered steps, air bag systems and most other accessories.
- Our mid-ship, direct replacement fuel tanks are designed to use your trucks stock/OE sending unit. However, our tanks are compatible with Fleece, AirDog, FASS, etc.
- Not for use on the trucks that were ordered from the factory with the optional 48/50 gallon RAM tank.
- This tank does NOT fit cab & chassis models. It is ONLY for use on trucks with traditional pick-up truck short beds.
