Extreme Recovery Towbar & Direct Fit Wiring for Mitsubishi Triton MQ Series (05/2015 - 11/2018) by TAG

This is the complete towbar and wiring package for Triton MQ cab chassis models (05/2015–11/2018) without a rear bumper step: the TAG 4x4 Recovery Towbar, a TAG Direct Fit wiring harness, and a 7 pin flat socket on the vehicle side, so there's no separate wiring purchase to work out.

The towbar itself is the same Australian-built unit as our non-kit version: an 89mm x 89mm reinforced crossbar, two 4500kg WLL recovery points with bevelled edges for soft shackles, and a flush chassis-mounted profile that keeps your departure angle intact. It's fitted with a zinc tow ball and Extreme Duty drop hitch rated at 3100kg towing capacity and 310kg ball weight.

The direct fit harness plugs and sockets straight in, no diagnostic coding required. Fitting takes around two hours, and given a towbar and wiring harness are safety and electrical critical fitments, we'd recommend a professional towbar or vehicle accessory fitter for the install.
