The Power-Hub is designed for 12V lead-acid batteries only, including AGM, gel and calcium types up to N70 size (see the compatible battery list in the specifications above). It does not support lithium batteries, as the battery gauge and alarms aren't calibrated for a lithium charge profile. Always check the compatible battery list before choosing a battery.
Can the Power-Hub run a 12V fridge?
Yes. The Power-Hub is designed for running common camping accessories like 12V fridges, lights, pumps and other low-draw appliances. Runtime will depend on the size and health of the battery you install.
Does the Power-Hub charge the battery as well?
No. The Power-Hub distributes and manages power from the battery but does not charge it. You'll need an external charger, solar setup or vehicle charging system to keep the battery topped up.
What can I power with the 300W inverter?
The integrated inverter can power small 240V devices such as laptops, camera chargers and other low-draw electronics. High-draw appliances such as kettles, induction cooktops and heaters typically exceed the 300W limit and won't run from this inverter.
