The Trifecta E-Series is Extang’s entry-level soft-folding tonneau cover, but don’t be fooled by the price. It’s packed with the same smart design and quality touches you’ll find in Extang’s premium range.

Made from marine-grade, leather-grain vinyl, the cover not only looks sleek but also stands strong against Aussie weather. Underneath, a lightweight aircraft-grade aluminium frame with heavy-duty support bows keeps everything sturdy, while Extang’s tough EnduraCoat finish gives extra protection.

Worried about leaks? The triple-fin perimeter seals keep water and dust out at the bulkhead, tailgate and sides, so your gear stays protected on and off the track.

Using the Trifecta E-Series is a breeze. Just drop the tailgate, release the spring-loaded clamps and fold the cover forward. When you need more space, secure it open with the built-in buckle straps.

Best of all, installation is tool-free. It arrives fully assembled, simply clamp it on with the easy Jaw-Grip front clamps and spring-loaded rears. No drilling, no fuss, and easy to remove when you need the tray open.

Does this cover suit the RAM 1500 Quad Cab as well as the Crew Cab?

The 6'4" bed is found on both the RAM 1500 Quad Cab and the RAM 2500HD without Rambox, among others. This listing is specifically for the 6'4" bed without Rambox in the 2019 to 2025 model year range. As long as your RAM 1500 has that bed length and no Rambox, it should fit regardless of cab configuration.

What comes in the box when this arrives?

The Trifecta E-Series ships with the tonneau cover assembly and an install guide. All necessary hardware for the clamping installation is included. The cover arrives fully assembled so you do not need to piece it together before fitting.

How do the triple-fin perimeter seals work?

The triple-fin seals run around the entire perimeter of the cover, including at the bulkhead, tailgate, and sides. Three fins create multiple contact points against the bed rail rather than a single strip, which reduces the chance of water or dust finding a gap. The design is intended to handle both wet conditions and fine dust on outback tracks.

What is the difference between the Jaw-Grip front clamps and the spring-loaded rear clamps?

The Jaw-Grip clamps at the front attach to the bed flanges near the cab, securing the leading edge of the cover. The spring-loaded clamps at the rear hold the tailgate end of the cover down under consistent tension. To open the cover, release the rear clamps and fold the panels forward. All clamps are tool-free.

Can I fold just one section back to access part of the tray rather than the whole thing?

Yes. As a tri-fold design, folding the first panel back gives you access to the rear section of the tray. Folding all three panels forward provides access to approximately two-thirds of the tray from the rear. For full access including the front section, the cover can be removed entirely without tools.
