When the trail gets dusty or the creeks run high, clean airflow is everything. The AEV Snorkel Kit for RAM 2500HD and 3500HD (2020+) trucks keeps your diesel or petrol engine breathing freely, no matter how tough the conditions get.

Drawing inspiration from military and heavy-duty industrial setups, this snorkel channels cooler, cleaner air from above the bonnet line. That means longer filter life, better performance, and one less thing to worry about when you’re deep into the outback.

Each kit has been hammered with both lab and field testing to prove its strength. Built from UV-stable cross-linked polyethylene, it shrugs off brutal heat, icy mornings, and everything in between. It also includes a lower airbox assembly that mates cleanly to your factory airbox lid for a tidy, OEM-grade fit. And with a supplied trim template, you’ll nail the install the first time around.

Will this snorkel fit both diesel and petrol models?

Yes. The AEV Snorkel Kit suits both the 6.7L Cummins diesel and the 6.4L HEMI petrol RAM HD models from 2020 onwards.
Does the snorkel increase wading depth?

It raises your air intake point, helping to prevent water ingestion during crossings. It doesn’t waterproof breathers or electrics, so always follow safe crossing techniques.
Do I need to modify the guard or fender?

Yes, you’ll need to cut a hole in the guard using the supplied template. The fit is neat and designed to look factory once installed.
Is a tune or recalibration needed after fitting?

No tuning is required. The snorkel maintains normal airflow while improving air quality under harsh off-road conditions.
Can I install it myself at home?

Handy owners can do it with standard tools and patience. For the best result, especially with fender cutting, a professional installer is recommended.
Is it resistant to sun damage?
