RUNVA WINCH WIRELESS REMOTE PAIRING GUIDE
Connect your Runva wireless remote control to your winch
The following guide from Runva Performance Winches will assist you to install and connect/pair your winches wireless remote control to your winch. It's a straight forward process and shouldn't take more than a couple of minutes. If you're unsure and unable to complete the below steps we recommend you to contact your nearest auto-electrician for assistance.
PUT YOUR WINCH INTO FREE-SPOOL AS A PRECAUTION
1. Undo the small black cable (cable A) that runs from control box to the winch motor negative/ground terminal. (It is on the same terminal as the large black negative lead from the battery.)
2. Switch your remote on by holding the power button for between 5 to 10 seconds until the light turns on.
3. With the small cable and winch motor still in reach, press and hold the two buttons (winch in and winch out) on the winch remote at the same time (keep pressing them). At the same time also touch the small cable that you previously disconnected back onto the terminal until the red light on the remote becomes solid red.
4. The remote is now paired again so the small black cable can now be bolted back.
