Zeon XD 12-S 12,000lbs 12V Electric Winch with Spydura Synthetic Rope from Warn

Whether you're tackling tough trails, deep mud, or remote bush tracks, the Warn ZEON XD 12-S gives you the confidence to keep pushing forward. With a 12,000lb pulling capacity, this winch is purpose-built for full-size 4WDs and utes that need serious recovery gear.

It comes pre-loaded with 24 metre of 3/8" Spydura synthetic rope – lightweight, strong, and easy to handle. Plus, with the included WARN HUB receiver, you can control it wirelessly from over 30 metres away using your phone and the WARN HUB app.

Please Note: A compatible bullbar or winch mount plate is required for proper installation.

What is the difference between the Zeon XD 12-S and the Zeon XP 12-S?

The XD 12-S uses a manual clutch lever, meaning you disengage free spool physically at the winch. The XP 12-S adds remote clutch activation via the controller or WARN HUB app. Both models share the same motor, geartrain, sealing, and rope, but the XP adds remote clutch convenience for a higher price point.

How does the WARN HUB system work?

The XD 12-S includes a built-in WARN HUB wireless receiver in the control pack. Once paired with the WARN HUB app, you can control the winch and monitor load, temperature, and battery voltage from over 30 metres away using your phone.

What sealing protection does the XD 12-S have?

IP68 for continuous water submersion and IP69K for high-pressure spray. The full metal housing protects internal components and OEM-grade O-ring gaskets are used throughout, making it ready for creek crossings, bog holes, and post-trip pressure washing.
