2.5inch Lift Kit Dual Sport RT Suspension Kit to suit Jeep Wrangler JL 2DR from AEV

Over a decade ago, AEV set the benchmark by bringing OE-level suspension engineering to the aftermarket. That legacy continues today with the 2.5” DualSport RT Suspension Kit for the Jeep Wrangler JL 2 Door.

Purpose-built for expedition use, this system has been carefully tuned to strike the ideal balance between ride quality and load-carrying capability, something AEV customers have come to expect. The kit includes frequency-tuned, triple-rate coil springs that deliver a true 2.5” lift front and rear while offering better handling of extra weight when carrying gear or supplies.

Unlike the factory JL setup which features soft coils paired with firm shocks, AEV has gone with progressive-rate springs (available in standard or high-capacity options) and matched them with AEV-tuned Bilstein 5100 series 46mm shocks. This pairing delivers a slightly firmer, more responsive ride on road and enhanced performance off road.

Together, the spring and shock combination increases both up and down travel, improves articulation, and boosts off-road speed and bottoming control, making it a great fit for Australian conditions.
