Load Assist Kit to suit Gen 1 or Gen 2 Ford Ranger Raptor by Boss Air Suspension

Boss Extreme Series Airbags are rated at an impressive 2500lb (1136kg) per side and have been government-approved and tested to handle pressures over 750psi.

All Boss airbags are manufactured in-house and carry the Boss brand, ensuring quality you can trust. Be cautious of unbranded airbags, typically imported from China and sold by other companies.

For an average dual cab ute, the airbags will run at about 15-45psi depending on the load you're carrying. Boss has sold over 13,000 load assist kits in Australia, proven reliable by 4WD enthusiasts, mining companies, tradies, tour operators, as well as in agricultural vehicles, trailers, and motorhomes—the possibilities are endless.

To get the best performance from your airbag kit, inflate just enough to achieve a level ride height. This ensures that all suspension components share the load, avoiding unnecessary strain on any single part.

Note: Our latest design includes a new lower bracket, allowing for full suspension extension and compression. These kits are designed as load assist systems, perfect for leveling your vehicle when carrying extra weight.

Important: If you have a rear suspension lift fitted, make sure to choose the Triple Airbag option for optimal performance.
